What the Request Form Collects

When you fill out an inspection request form, we receive what you type in:

• Your first and last name (required)
• Your phone number (required)
• Your email address, only if you choose to give it (optional)
• Your property's city. On the main inspection forms you type it in. On local area pages the town is filled in for you, and you can add your city or ZIP code if you want to (optional)
• The concern you select, or the service page you sent the request from
• Any message you write about what you are seeing (optional)

The forms do not ask for your street address.

We do not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information on this website.

Who Receives It

Your request is sent to a local foundation repair professional serving your area so they can respond to it, usually by calling you to talk about the problem and set up an inspection. Forms on this site are delivered through a third-party form-processing service, which handles the submission on our behalf.

Your information is used to respond to your inspection request. It is not used for unrelated marketing.

This website is meant for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
